The metal hot zone debinding and sintering vacuum furnace has the functions of debinding and sintering in one, and is used for thermal debinding and sintering of metal powder injection molding products.
The metal thermal field has a pure sintering atmosphere at high temperatures, and hydrogen can be passed through at high temperatures for reductive sintering. The 6-zone temperature control system controls the temperature accurately, and with the short-range wide air intake system, the sintering size is more uniform and stable.
